Matogreen Agricultural has successfully implemented a new agricultural project in Quboub Wad Zayed, Gedaref State, in collaboration with Agrowise, building on a partnership that has spanned four years across several agricultural projects.
The latest project covered a total of 1,700 feddans, comprising:
1,000 feddans of sesame
700 feddans of sorghum
Modern agricultural techniques were applied throughout the project, including planter-based cultivation and the application of fertiliser during planting at a rate of 20 kg of urea per feddan, alongside carefully calculated seeding rates.

Despite a challenging timeframe, the project was successfully completed through a shift-based operating system and achieved a germination rate exceeding 95%.
The project’s success reflects the value of modern agricultural technology, effective planning, organised execution, and strong collaboration between the Matogreen and Agrowise teams.
